This activity-based notice covers BCL quotation, account, project, support and payment-preparation activities under Turkish Law No. 6698. Notice is separate from consent and is supplied before processing.

Data protection notice
Information about processing, transfer and data subject rights under applicable rules.
Controller and collection
The controller is BCL Web Design / Berat Can Leylek. Data is collected electronically through site forms, accounts, portal actions, written communication, uploads, security logs and enabled service-provider notifications.
Enquiries and quotations
Contact details, sector, objectives, budget/timing choices and files are used to assess the request, respond and take pre-contract steps, based on contract necessity, establishment or protection of rights and legitimate interests.
Accounts, projects and support
Identity, roles, tasks, messages, approvals, releases and support records are used to deliver the service, constrain access, preserve record integrity and protect legal rights.
Orders, invoices and security
Commercial references, invoice details, provider transaction IDs, session and audit data support performance of the transaction, legal obligations, fraud prevention and platform security. Card details are not stored by BCL.
Transfers and retention
Data is shared only with necessary authorised roles and contracted infrastructure providers. International transfers use the current conditions and safeguards required by Law No. 6698. Retention follows the data inventory and legal duties.

Data subjects may exercise the rights listed in Article 11, including information, correction, deletion where applicable, recipient notification, objection to automated analysis and compensation under statutory conditions, by contacting info@bclwebdesign.com.
