A single product spreadsheet

Instead of submitting products in separate batches, prepare a single spreadsheet with shared columns. Product code, name, category, description, price, stock, and variants should be in separate fields. Use a fixed product code to prevent the same product from being entered twice under different names. Mark unknown fields as missing rather than guessing them.

Match images

Linking file names to product codes makes the import process easier to manage. Verify that you have the rights to use the image and that it accurately represents the actual product. Ensure you don't overlook instances where a photo belongs to a different variant. Delivering images in the appropriate size and format—rather than uploading unnecessarily large files—improves performance.

Small sample first, then the full set

Test the bulk import with a small sample set first. Proceed only after verifying price formatting, Turkish characters, category mapping, and variant relationships. Catch any incorrect mappings before they propagate across hundreds of products. As the number of products increases, additional product entry or bulk imports may constitute a separate scope of work; Specify the initial volume.

Your quick checklist

  • Use a fixed product code.
  • Match the images with the products.
  • Confirm the sample transfer.
